Lea has been in the DV/SA services field for over 20 years, having spent most of her time as the Executive Director for Oasis Advocacy & Shelter (formerly called Oasis Shelter Home). Lea was on the Oregon DHS Fund Advisory Board for 7 years and is a current board member for the Nonprofit Association of Oregon. Lea holds a Masters in Human Services (MHS) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice. Lea has been an expert witness in 2 counties in Oregon and has provided training around human trafficking all across the state. In her free time Lea studies dreams (she is a certified dream analyst) and also likes to write, having published 2 novels. She also enjoys drawing, photography, gardening and making jewelry.
