Adultism, Child Rights and Child Advocacy is designed for advocates interested in deepening and improving their skills working with children and youth in a variety of capacities. Through lecture, self-reflection, discussion, role play practice and independent exploration of materials we will work as a group to recognize, interrupt and reduce adultist interactions with children and youth in our advocacy and day to day living. Workshop attendees should have a basic understanding of societal oppressions.
