Anjela will share her extensive background working within the Deaf community, specific to how best to support Deaf colleagues and clients who use our services. This will include basic lessons on ASL fingerspelling (including resources to share within home agencies), Deaf culture 101, and specific tools for reaching out to and inviting a more consistent Deaf presence in your agency and community activities.
