Thanks for your interest in our 2018 Roundtable for Rural, Tribal, and Frontier Advocacy Program Directors! This event will be happening on June 25th-26th at the Valley River Inn (Eugene, Oregon), and is a unique opportunity for directors of rural, Tribal, and frontier advocacy programs to connect with one another, share successes, brainstorm solutions to common struggles, and help us at the Coalition better support you and your programs.

IMPORTANT: Attendance at this event is limited to directors of organizations/programs primarily serving survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and/or stalking located in rural areas.

Reimbursement

You must submit documentation to receive reimbursement

Attendees requesting reimbursement must submit their final hotel bill to [email protected] by Tuesday, July 3rd, 2018 (put "ED Roundtable" in the subject line).

Mileage and lodging reimbursement is available for attendees who must travel 70+ miles (one way) to attend this event AND represent a Coalition member program in good standing.

Attendees requesting reimbursement must submit their final hotel bill to [email protected] by Tuesday, July 3rd, 2018 (put "ED Roundtable" in the subject line).

We do not require documentation of mileage incurred. Mileage figures are pre-calculated by OCADSV based upon the shortest driveable route between the event location and the address we have on file for each Coalition member program. If you feel this calculation would represent a significant difference from your actual incurred mileage, you may request an exception to this policy by emailing [email protected]. Exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis.
