The Task Force on Family Violence Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing coordination, training and technical assistance to the Task Force on Family Violence and the Lethality Assessment Program (LAP) Subcommittee. The Coordinator is also responsible for the program development of the LAP and working closely with advocates, law enforcement, district attorney’s office, courts, and Cow Creek Tribal Offices – Victim Services Program. The Coordinator will participate in the Douglas County Sexual Assault Response Team (DC-SART) and Human Trafficking Task Force meetings to ensure congruent coordination, response and referrals to DVSA provider.
