Starting range for the position is $24.50 – $25.90 per hour, depending on experience (above $25.06 per hour reserved for those who exceed Qualification criteria for position); additional $.50 per hour for bilingual Spanish/English skills.

We are hiring a Shelter Manager. Under the supervision of the Advocacy Services Manager, the Shelter Manager is responsible for daily implementation of safe, high-quality services at our emergency shelter – which is in a confidential location and provides refuge for up to 36 domestic violence survivors and their children at any given time. This position provides supervision and assistance to all Advocate staff on the shelter team, who work together to offer 24/7 support to residents and callers on our hotline.
Starting range for the position is $28.04 – $30.89 per hour, depending on experience (above $29.81 per hour reserved for those who exceed Qualification criteria for position); additional $.50 per hour offered if bilingual in English and Spanish.

We are hiring a Domestic Violence Health Care Advocate. The Domestic Violence Health Care Advocate works as part of a collaborative among Raphael House of Portland and OHSU Family Medicine at Richmond. This position is embedded within the OHSU Richmond Clinic and provides clinic patients who are survivors of intimate partner violence with direct services that include safety planning, information and referral, systems navigation, and support as they work towards safety and stability.
